Your stylist hasn't listened to anything I've asked for from my cut. He's paid absolutely zero attention to my hair type or how it naturally curls and sits. It looks absolutely ridiculous. So from my experience at your salon, I would not recommend it to anyone. Ever.

I have been going to Chesne for over 2 years now. I highly recommend the salon. The service is great, prices are good and staff are professional. I get my hair done by Joseph he is exceptional at cutting hair. I always walk out happy. I trust him 100% with my hair. I even went short last month which is the first time in 10 years. I knew he would do an amazing job and he didn't disappoint.

It is my forth time here and this is definitely the last time I will ever come to this place. The service is unbelievable. I asked for a 25£ crown and partying refresh highlights and the guy said it would be okay and that if I added some more highlights on the side of my head it would only be a fiver more. After I got my treatment and I went to pay the girl asked me for 54£ including my student discount. I argued saying that this was not what I have been told and she said that the blow dry wasn't included in the price. I didn't even get a haircut and they added 24£ to what was supposed to be my bill? Absolutely ridiculous. Never go there.
