Initially I was very impressed and foolishly thought the removal would go well. Whilst collecting more boxes from the S & B Removals office my husband asked about obtaining boxes for clothes hanging in the wardrobes, he was advised that we didn’t need them as the removal men would bring them with them. This did not happen, so I order to try and protect our clothes the removers asked us for bin bags and then squashed the clothes into the 3 boxes they had where all the clothes came off the hangers some of which were broken and clothes were crushed!

Definitely a 5* service with this company. On time. In and out quickly. Job done. I called months later asking for a detailed letter stating that payment was received as I needed this for reimbursment as my company did not just accept an invoice. Lady on the phone had an excellent telephone manner , found our booking on their records straight away and got the paperwork to me same day. Have used other companies in the past and clearly not everyone operates to this high standard.

Fab service ! The guys were so helpful and nothing was a problem for them, turned up in time and got the job done, really well priced too. Happy customer and can absolutely recommend them! Will use again if needed.
