Took my son to buy his first pet, a hamster, to VIP Pets on Tuesday. Both the man and lady who served us were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and we left with one happy boy and a very contented hamster who has settled in well. Definitely be back

I felt that VIP pets were unhelpful and could not get me my puppy food that I asked for. It took me on three occasions to try and get James Beloved puppy food of which I had no option but to buy there own brand puppy food that my puppy did not like. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I came up from greenock and bought an amazing budgie-he's amazing.was the 4th of January and after coming up all the way in the rain and wind and asked the staff if i can phone a taxi which would take me back to central station.i was told NO!!!and had to stand for 20mins in the rain with no idea where i was.totally shocking!!
